Refund Policy

1. What is covered

Any charge — a first payment, a renewal, or an upgrade — can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.

You do not need a reason. We may ask what went wrong, because it helps us fix things, but an answer is never a condition of the refund.

2. How to ask

Email Support@editbaytools.com from the address on your account and say you would like a refund. We aim to reply within two business days and to issue the refund the same day we reply.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically five to ten business days.

3. After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window we do not normally refund, because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There are exceptions we will always honour:

• a charge you did not authorise;
• a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge;
• a renewal charged after you had already cancelled;
• a change we made that materially reduced what your plan does — in that case we refund the unused part of the period, pro rata;
• anything else where a refund is simply the fair outcome. Ask.

4. Free trials

A trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. If a trial converted and you meant to cancel, that first charge is inside the 14-day window — email us and we will refund it.

5. Digital goods — your right to change your mind

Software delivered electronically is normally exempt from statutory cooling-off periods once downloading has begun. We waive that exemption: the 14-day promise above applies whether or not you have downloaded and used the software.

Where the law of your country gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal, that law applies and this policy does not limit it.

6. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please email us before contacting your bank — we can usually fix it the same day, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until it is settled.
